USA passport holder cost for Shenzhen SEZ travel visa cost

Hi you just answered my question that Shenzhen SEZ visa cost for USA passport holder is CNY 130.
I am still confused, according to your web link, it says something about reciprocal countries, the cost for USA is CNY $971, can you clarify this with me? I am still confused. Thanks

It is 130 CNY, guaranteed. If you take a look at the text above the forum, you will clearly read that Shenzhen VOA is 130 CNY.
