About:Shanghai Maglev Train Ticket

Are maglev tickets collected at the final destination?

Are maglev tickets collected at the final destination in a similar manner as 1-pass Shanghai subway tickets you buy at the vending machines? If so, is any receipt given to you together with the ticket when it's acquired? In other words, does anything remain after the trip that can be presented to confirm expenses to your company?

Don’t worry. Although the ticket will be collected by the exit gate, you can get a paper receipt when purchasing ticket at the counter as a proof. If the staff forget to give it, just ask for it.
