About:How to Apply for a China Visa

L Visa inquiry

Do I need to go to embassy office in person? can I mail them and get the Visa? I am an Indian citizen, and I want to travel from Laos to China

I'm afraid you have to go in person and online application is unfeasible. You need to fill out the application form online in advance and go to the embassy to continue application procedures with required documents. BTW, your resident permit in Laos will be needed, too.
