About:Visa on Arrival

UK citizen VOA

Hello I have a UK passport and will be travelling to HK, intending on entering SZ via Lo Wu port and getting 5-day VOA. Is the success rate high and what is the price? I am travelling in December 2024. Thank you!

UK citizens have practically ideal success rate. In other words, there is no a single reason why would not you apply for a Shenzhen VOA. The price is 130 CNY and the payment is by card. All major global cards are accepted. It is highly advisable to be at lo Wu / Luohu border crossing in the earlier morning hours, preferably at 08:30, just before the opening of Luohu visa office at 09:00. It is practical to beat the queues that appear soon after that time.
