Flight or Train

Hi, I have a foreigner passport and will arrive at Terminal 2 PVG at 7:35AM during Christmas Day. I need to go to Wenzhou and am doubting to take the train or book a flight. The flight will departure at 10:30AM from Terminal 1 I believe.

Now I am wondering if 3 hours is enough time for immigration, customs, baggage claim and go to Terminal 1 to check- in the baggage. Or is it more convenient to take the train to Wenzhou? I hope you could give me advice, thank you

Three hours are enough if the first flight doesn't delay.

Taking flight is convenient, since you connect at the same airport.

But I think it's cheaper to take a bullet train at Hongqiao Railway Station which can be reached by metro line 2 and it takes about 4 hours. The train ticket costs no more than CNY250.
