Shenzhen to HK

Hi there,

I am planning on taking a direct flight from London to Shenzhen on a British passport. Upon arrival I intend on travelling to HK where I will stay before taking a return flight back to London from HK.

Am I eligible to do so under the 24 hr visa free scheme and do I need to present a pre booked bullet train ticket from shenzhen to HK to the immigration office as proof of me leaving within 24 hours? Alternatively, what can I use as proof of me leaving China within 24 hours?
