Unfortunately Indian citizens are not eligible for 144 hour visa free transit. They can use only 24 hour visa free transit in China under the condition that they have an eligible itinerary. In other words, if you are traveling via Shenzhen your transfer is not allowed to be more than 24 hours long. For example if your itinerary is of this type:
Singapore - Shenzhen - Bangkok
This is fine and is eligible for 24 hour visa free transit and you do not need any kind of visa.
In the end, it is important to know that Shenzhen airport does not issue 5 days Shenzhen visas on arrival. If you have planned to obtain one on arrival you will have to change your travel plans because this practice of issuing visas on arrival was discontinued at Shenzhen airport years ago.
