About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Chengdu

Extend a 15-day China visa free entry, to a regular visa while in China?

Anyone know if it's possible to extend a 15-day China visa free entry, to a regular visa while in China?

Honestly I am not aware of such a possibility, although it is possible that it could exists. However, I would like to inform you that you are allowed to exit toward Hong Kong, Macau or Taiwan, for example a short ferry ride from Shenzhen to Hong Kong, and immediately return back to mainland China with brand new 15 days.
