About:Soft Sleeper

I am handicapped. May I purchase a guaranteed lower bunk on a soft sleeper?

I am handicapped.

I would have trouble climbing to an upper berth, and I have to go to the bathroom a lot.

May I purchase a guaranteed lower bunk on a soft sleeper?

Every train has special seats or beds for the disabled. Just choose the lower bunk when buying the ticket. But if you fail and happen to get a upper one, you can tell the conductor on the train and they will change for you or help you to make an exchange with a passenger with a lower seat willing to exchange.
