i am traveling from kunming to dali how to get up on the top bunk is there a step

I am traveling from kunming to Dali I have brought a soft sleeper I am now realizing it is the top bunk. I want to know how easy is it to climb up to the top. Is there a step . I am plus size so I don't think I can pull myself up if there is no step

There is a small step and a handle in higher place. If you really have difficulty to get to the upper bed, you may see if other passenger in the same cabin can kindly change with you or if the train staff can change you to other lower bed. Good luck!
