I am traveling from kunming to Dali how to get up on the top bunk is there a step

I am traveling from kunming to Dali I have brought a soft sleeper I am now realizing it is the top bunk. I want to know how easy is it to climb up to the top. Is there a step . I am plus size so I don't think I can pull myself up if there is no step
