About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Do I need to fill in father info if he has already passed away?

My father passed away already so do I still need to fill out my father's information?
Mom is still here with us so can I only fill in my mom's information?

You can tick “not applicable” and specify at the box with “deceased” or “passed away”.
