About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport
Transit visa during self-transfer
During international to International transit flights, between terminal 2 and 3 and between 2 different airlines at Beijing international flight, does the passenger need to get visa in advance or he can get on arrival at airport 24-Hour Visa-Free Transit permission ( while he didn't get boarding pass for his following transit flight because passenger needs to go through border control before he can reach different termina and accordingly get checked-in and get a new boarding pass ) ?
