About:Beijing Capital International Airport

Is visa needed for self-transfer?

I have round flights between Japan (terminal 3) and Azerbaijan (terminal 2). Both flights are connected by Beijing Cap. Airport with 8 hours layover. Do I need a visa (Turkish citizen) to get my luggage and check in again between terminals 2 and 3?

No, you don't need a visa but need to obtain a 24h temporary entry permit at the border counter to leave the restricted area.
