About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Transit with self transfer

Hii i'm planning to go from Minsk,Belarus -Beijing (transit)-Jakarta,Indonesia, but the ticket (Beijing to Jakarta) is from different airlines, so i guess i will only bring a ticket not a boarding pass with seat number, should i just go to the visa free counter or i should go all the way out to the departure hall again? Am i allowed to do so without visa? Thank youu

Sisi, no visa is required if the transit time is less than 24 hours, but you need to approach the counter to apply for a 24h temporary entry permit upon arrival first to leave the restricted transit area and then go to catch your connecting flight.
