I have a flight Hk to Delhi but I live in Guangzhou my Hk PAR was unsuccessful still I can travel to

I have a flight Hk to Delhi but I live in Guangzhou my HK PAR was unsuccessful still I can travel to hk airport via ferry is it possible right ?

I think you are right as you don't actually enter HK and directly take a flight from HK airport upon arrival at Skypier and don't leave the restricted areas.
