You're both Oxes Zodiac so usually same year is compatible because you got similarity. However this can also depends on Astrology side (Aries, Cancer, Leo that kind of Astrology etc) So how about you searched for that topic too?

On Animal Zodiac you can also choose Snake or Rooster which is actually your Best Match. Rat is also compatible. Monkey is so-so. Worst Match: Tiger, Dragon, Horse & Sheep. Hope it helps.
