Can I buy a Hutong card at Beijing Daxing Airport?
I have a foreign passport.

No, foreigners should go the service center at Dongzhimen to get one.

I heard that Beijing authorities have standardized the service at Beijing Subway stations. Foreigners should be able to buy a transportation card with presentation of their passport. You should try to ask for it at Daxing Airport subway station.
