About:Visa on Arrival

Can I leave via Shenzhen airport?

If I come to Shenzhen from Hong Kong via MRT or ferry and get VOA visa, can I leave via Shenzhen airport or do I need to get back to Hong Kong via MRT or ferry?

You can leave from Shenzhen airport without any problem. You should just take care that a flight out of Shenzhen has to be bound to a third country and is not allowed to have any kind of landing within mainland China!
