About:Hainan 30-Day Visa-Free Access

Will I be able to get the 30-day Visa Free access in Haikou if I have a layover in Wuhan

I'm holding a Netherlands passport and my destination is Haikou but I will have a transit in Wuhan. Will I be able to get the 30-day Visa-free in Haikou? Thank you.

The 30-day access requests you to enter Hainan directly from a foreign country through the open ports in Hainan. So if you enter China through Wuhan, you are not able to apply for it. But since you are from Netherlands, you can enjoy 15-day visa-free entry to China, you can still enter Hainan and the total stay in China should be no more than 15 days (including your transit in Wuhan).
