About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Chengdu

Colombian passport and to go to Hanoi and stop at Chengdu

Hello, I have a Colombian passport and I would like to go to Hanoi. The flight departing from Istanbul will stay in Chengdu for 10 hours. My question is, do I need a visa, as the flight requires me to pick up my luggage and re check in at Chengdu airport, or is it enough to show a flight to Hanoi?
