About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

hi i am a colombian from australia

i have a fligth to madrid with conection to shangai six hours , do i need transit visa?

No, you do not need a transit visa because you will be covered by 24 hour visa free transit. If you have bought your ticket under single booking, your luggage will be tagged all the way to Australia and you do not need to perform any formality nor fill out any forms. Upon your landing in Shanghai you will just walk from one to the other gate and you will not be a subject of immigration or customs inspection. You will just encounter a security check between two gates. All in all, you will just amuse you with some typical airport stuff in the transit area of Shanghai airport.
