About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Are the 24 hours transit visa counting towards the 15 days exemption?

I plan to make 2 entries to China, but the first one would only be a transit to Hong Kong.
After visiting Hong Kong, I will come back to China and spend some days there.
I hold one passport that has been entitled to the 15 days visa free travel for 2024.
Will the 24 hours transit visa count towards the 15 days of visa exemption, or not?

Don't worry, it won't be counted towards the 15 days of visa exemption.
