about Shenzhen VOA 5 days counting
Dear sirs,
About the date counting for the VOA, please advise if we apply the VOA on October 6 say 2pm, does it means the counting will be stated from 00:00 hour on October 7 and visa will valid till October 11 23:59, thanks
