Hutong card

Can I buy Hutong card in Beijing and use/topup in Beijing, Harbin, Shanghai and return in Shanghai?

Generally, it is not possible. You can only top up in Beijing and refund in Beijing.

You can buy Hutong Card in Beijing, use and top up in other cities. But you can’t return it in Shanghai except Beijing. (buy and return in the same city)

Noted that the hutong card must have “China T-Union” logo on the card.

It seems you cannot top it in other cities' service counters. But you can top it up on its app no matter where you are.
