Beijing railway east?

1. Is Beijing railway station east the same as Beijing railway station? Cause on BCIA website the bus route map (from capital airport to downtown) the purple line shows Beijing railway station east but not on this website.
2 My hotel will be around Beijing railway station and my flight will arrive in midnight, beside taxi is it only shuttle bus that operates at midnight?
3. How much will it cost from the BCIA to Beijing railway station?
