Repeated numbers

Hi,
I am earth dragon 28/4/88. I am passing with my worst phase of life from 2019 and also now a days I am repeatedly seeing some repeated numbers like 11:11:11 15:15 19:19 in the watch, either in phone, metro station, or in laptop clock. Apart from it many numbers like 4444 2121 like such on vehicle number plate and barcode sticker or anywhere where numbers are involved.
What can be that message, and post seeing all these my life is getting more in a adrift.
Any suggestions on this will be most welcomed😊.
