Jurisdiction in US to apply for China visa
Hi ,
I am US Citizen and live in Dallas.
I have to apply for tourist visa for myself and wife.
I see that Dallas comes under jurisdiction of Washington D.C. to apply for China visa.
1) Can I apply for China visa at San Francisco consular office although I live in Dallas Texas which comes under Washington DC embassy?
2 ) is finger prints are taken at consular office while submitting visa application ?
3) Is San Francisco consular office is open on 26/27 th december’2023 ?
