Can i fly with Shenzhen 5 day visa back to europe via beijing?

I want to fly back to Germany from Shenzhen after my 5 day visa on arrival expires. But the flight will be via Beijing. I want to make sure that the authorities allow me to fly to Beijing first (only for the layover in order to go from there to Germany).
