Using 2 Different Airports in Beijing

Hello,

I will fly from Hong Kong into Beijing (PKX) for three days, then leave from Beijing (PEK) to LAX. Will I be able to get the visa free entry permit, even if I am flying in and out of different airports in Beijing, even though technically it is the same port of entry? Thank you!
