About:How to Travel from Hong Kong to Shenzhen

Can I get a VOA for 24hour travel entering from HK or Macau?

Hi there,

I am a Canadian passport holder and will be going to Hong Kong and Macau end of October to mid November. I want to go to Shenzhen as a day trip for less than 24hours (plan to return the same day). Do I need to get a visa prior or can I get a visa on arrival? If there is a visa on arrival what is the process?

You can get a 5-day visa on arrival to enter Shenzhen at Shekou port by ferry. It is suggested to get there as early as possible and the opening hours are: 9:00 - 13:00 & 14:30 - 16:30.
