About:Visa on Arrival

Train from HK to Shenzhen bei

Hi,
I am French working in HK with HKID

Can I apply for VOA if departing from HK (either West Kowloon or East Rail line)?

Generally, train is not eligible to get VOA and the ferry is more recommended.

As i can see we can do at Lo Wu? If can do at Lo Wu, can we do the VOA at This border? (Using East Rail Line)
