About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

PH Passport Holder

Hello,
Am I eligible for 24h visa? I will be traveling from London - Shanghai - Philippines.
I have a 13 hours lay over in Shanghai and was wondering if I can go around the city for 8 hours.
Do establishments accept credit card for payments?

You are eligible for the 24 hours visa-free transit so no visa is needed. As for getting out of the airport, you can apply for a temporary stay permit in the airport and generally there is no problem. Credit cards are also available in the urban area.
