About:Chinese Permanent Residence Permit

I have completed my Ph.D (2014-2018) and Postdoc (20180-2020), Now i want to apply for PR.

Now I wan to be permanent residence certificate from China and want to live there forever. What are the basic requirements should I follow, am i eligible or what other requirements?

I'm afraid you are not eligible for PR of China, but you can contact the local exit and entry administration to see if there is any special policy for talented people like you.
