About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit in Guangdong
Australia-->Guangzhou --> Shenzhen--> Hong Kong
Hello, I hold an Australian passport and would like to know if the following itinerary is eligible for the 144 hour visa free transit.
1) Flight from Melbourne to Guangzhou (3 hours layover in Shanghai, I won't be leaving the airport)
2) Guangzhou to Shenzhen by train
3) Shenzhen to HK by high speed train (please let me know if I should take another mode of transport)
I will then stay in HK for 5 days, after that I am planning to take a flight to Beijing and then train to Shanghai; finally I will take the flight back to Melbourne from Shanghai. I am planning to spend 8-10 days in Beijing and Shanghai, will single entry tourist visa be sufficient?
