About:Shanghai to Beijing Train

About Ticket Confirmation

i want to book a ticket roundtrip from shanghai to beijing. When I book from your website, will i receive a ticket confirmation from you to my email? If so, Can we use that email to board for the bullettrain? or should i receive physical ticket from counter by showing the email you sent and the passport?

Yes, you will receive e-ticket in your e-mail. But actually, you can directly board the train with your passport used to book the ticket. No physical ticket is needed.

If you want the paper ticket, you can also collect it at the railway station ticket office.
