About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

PEN->PVG->USA

Travelling from the US to Singapore, then to Malaysia.

Flying from PEN to PVG. Plan to stay three days in PVG then fly back to the USA (PVG to SFO).

Is this eligible?

Yes, it definitely is as long as PVG is your only landing point within mainland China.

Pablo, I would like to stress one detail and that is that, as far as I know, there is no direct (nonstop) flight from PEN to PVG, so be careful where you will change flights in order to retain your itinerary as an eligible one.
