UK to Beijing Daxing PKX transit to PEK to Tokyo

Hello, I'm travelling from the UK to Tokyo via Beijing Daxing International Airport. (PKX)
I have to then have to get a train/subway or taxi to Beijing Capital Airport (PEK),
to get a connecting flight to Tokyo, Japan. Same journey on the return.

What visa do I need?

I suppose you hold a UK passport, then you don't need any visa if the transit time is less than 144 hours. If you wan to leave the air side to tour the city, just apply for a temporary stay permit at the airport.
