About:Visa on Arrival

VOA with Malaysian passport

I'm entering from Luohu port and is currently a Malaysian student at Hong Kong, am I eligible for VOA?

The rejection rate for Malaysian passport holder is high recently, so it's hard to tell if you will get it or not.
