Securing a new job offer?

Hi, I'm Monkey born 13/06/1980. The company that I've worked for 9 years has been in bad shape financially and I could be made redundant as the employer wanted to make me from a full timer to a part timer which doesn't serve me financially. I'm currently in limbo, not knowing what's next for me. Would I be able to secure a new job offer soon? Or is there a new career path for me on the horizon? Thanks.
