About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

VISA QUESTION

I came to China with M visa with single entry.When i came i have extended it to 6 months,can i visit my family in Africa within this six months M visa given and returned with the same visa?

I'm afraid it is still a single entry visa, so it will not be valid once you get out of China.
