Singaporean to get VOA

Can Singaporean gets a VOA? Please advise which port is more convenient and less busy to travel from HongKong to Shenzhen for VOA? Thank you.

Yes, you can. It is better to have a try at Shekou Port, comparatively less busy. However, it is still suggested to get there as early as possible. The opening hours are 9:00-16:30
