Singapore passport for VOA

Hi for Singapore and passport holder, is it eligible to apply for VOA at Shenzhen Louhu border. If arrive there I. The morning says 7:30am, How long does it take normally to have to visa? What is the opening time?

Yes, you are eligible for a Shezhen visa on arrival if you apply at Luohu border crossing. Anyway, since the opening hours of Luohu visa office are from 09:00 until 16:30 and you come at 07:30, you will have to wait for an hour and a half, but you will be probably among the first to be served. It is now hard to say how long will you wait, but if your queuing number is a low one, maybe up to 2 hours at most...

This is the reason why do I always suggest taking a morning CKS ferry from Hong Kong to Shekou port in Shenzhen... More comfortable, less waiting times...
