About:Haikou Meilan Airport

Visa free for U.S. Citizen

I'm a U.S. citizen and need to visit Hainan for a few days for personal business. Do I have to contact a travel agent to get any paperwork for the visa free entrance or can I just enter at the airport with my passport and return ticket?

Official documents require registering a travel agency for Hainan 30-day visa-free access. However according to recent visitors, you only need to offer your return tickets and hotel orders.
