About:Visa on Arrival

Malaysian passport - Shenzhen VOA

Hello, I'd like to visit Shenzhen during my 5 days holiday to HK. Am I eligible for VOA? If not, can I get apply for a visa at the Shenzhen border at Luohu?

It is somehow risky. Recently, there are two many applicants there and the quite a few have been rejected.
