Hong Kong to Guangzhou by train, will 24hrs TWOV apply

Hello there

Can India passport holder travel Hong Kong to Guangzhou via high speed train and make use of 24 hours TWOV and exit via air from Guangzhou to a third country within the 24 hours.

No, unfortunately, the only eligible option is to fly from Hong Kong to Guangzhou. This is a rule for any option, being it 24 or 144 hour visa free transit and for any citizenship. Simply speaking, the only eligible visa free transit option in Guangdong province is if someone is entering by air.
