About:Marriage Registration in China

entering China to marry and live

my fiancee is Chinese i am New Zealander .. we wish to be married and live in China .. what do i need please

First, you need to get a single status affidavit, aka ‘Certificate of no impediment to marriage’ in New Zealand from your local government and then take it to China's consulate in New Zealand and get it authenticated. Then you can take it to China and get married.
