Hello, may i flight with 5-days visa from shenzhen airport to another country or i have to flight only from hong kong?

You can freely fly from Shenzhen to any country without returning to Hong Kong, but please, have in mind that you have to leave mainland China to some other country on a nonstop flight. In other words, you cannot fly, for example:

Shenzhen - Shanghai - Tokyo

but only

Shenzhen - Tokyo
