Yes, Mexican citizens are definitely eligible for 5 day Shenzhen visa on arrival. The best option is to use Lo Wu / Luohu border crossing for that purpose. When you are done with your visit to Shenzhen, you can return back to Hong Kong by taking any border crossing and any mean of transport, high speed train included. The price for a visa for all the citizenship is flat, 130 CNY. Have a nice visit to Shenzhen.0
