It depends on different operators. If you use the phone card of U Mobile, dial 0103386+phone number. If use the sim card of Celcom, then call 0086+phone number. If it is operated by Digi, then 1330086+phone number. Finally, if Maxis/Hotlink, just dial 1320086+phone number.
