Shenzhen VOA for a Philippines Passport Holder

Hi. I'm a Philippines passport holder traveling to Hong Kong this June. I plan on visiting Shenzhen from Hong Kong by train (via Luohu Port if I'm not mistaken). I have been previously issued a single-entry tourist visa that had already expired (2019). I can apply and get for a Shenzhen VOA at the port of entry, right? Also, can I go to Guangzhou area with a Shenzhen VOA? Thank you in advance!

Unfortunately, and I am personally so sorry about that, but Filipino citizens are not eligible for 5 day Shenzhen VOA at the time being. Hopefully this will be resolved in the nearest future, but until then, you are advised not to apply for this type of visa. You should obtain a full visa in advance.
